To date, Get Out has made $252 million globally and $175 million domestically. With a budget of only $4.5 million, this officially makes it the most profitable film of 2017. This figure also puts the films return-on-investment at 630 percent.

The highest grossing film of this year was Disney's Beauty & The Beast remake, which grossed over $1.2 billion worldwide, but cost $160 million to make. Although extremely impressive numbers, the film's ROI reaches well over 400 percent, but doesn't compare to Get Out's 630 percent.

What were your thoughts on Get Out? Are you surprised at how profitable it was?
