By Sharee Silerio

In collaboration with AJ Crimson Beauty, who specializes in makeup for people of color, she’s releasing a lip gloss collection, called “Celebrate You.”

It includes three bright, bold shades, from pink (Ooh I’m Cute), to purple (Power Play) and orange (She’s Everything).

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with AJ Crimson on this signature lip gloss collection,” Naughton said on the AJ Crimson website. “I think it’s so important – especially now that I have a little girl of my own – to remind women to celebrate themselves in all their many hues and shades.”

Each lip gloss features an empowering quote from Naughton, offering inspiration for each mood the colors represent.

“As a child and even during my time as a professional singer people mocked my complexion, lips, and so much more. It weighed me down but I’m glad we’re living in a time when we can make sure all girls know how beautiful they are and that they should be celebrated.”

Naughton said that she’s always loved beauty and started using the AJ Crimson makeup line while shooting “Power”. She is also the company’s first brand ambassador.

The “Celebrate You” lip glosses retail for $22 each and will be available at the AJ Crimson Boutique in LA and on ajcrimson.com starting August 27. They are available for preorder now.
