In it, Tupac and Jada Pinkett Smith share a tender moment as best friends.
The film, directed by Benny Boom, features first-time actor Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac, Kat Graham as Jada, Jamal Woolard as Notorious B.I.G. and more.
Tupac is one of my favorite music artists. His raw lyrics, storytelling skills and passion are unmatched. It will be sad to watch his great rise and the end of his life in a matter of two hours.
From his early days in New York City to his evolution to stardom, legal troubles and powerful voice, it will be interesting to see the beginning and middle of the cultural icon’s life.
Hopefully the film accurately grasps his legacy, while adding to its impact.
Based on this extended clip, which was presented at the MTV Movie Awards, it appears that Shipp and the writers took care to embody Shakur’s presence and creative skill. Take a look below.

Are you a Tupac fan? Do you plan to see AEOM next month?
